What did you do in the garden today?

Gave the beans their medicine, added some to the tomatoes just because. Found a pepper plant almost devastated by hornworms overnight. They went for a ride downstream. Sprayed copper sulfate last night on my blighted plants. Just too humid and bug infested in this area. Found the chickens happily crowded around my currant tomato, happily pecking off berries. Had to hose them to get them to move, surrounded the plant with baby fencing. Now it's hard to reach lol. Dill is forming seed heads and my sunflowers are about to bloom. I need to invest in more perennials.

FAR too hot and humid today. NO wind at all. we've been sitting at a heat index of 102' for hours. I gave the chickens a watermelon and yet another water bucket, and some frozen berries.

The alpacas have been hosed down and have since rolled in the mud. The stable flies are out of control.

All the barn and coop fans are going at full speed.

I am not a fan of snow and ice, but this is tooooo far the other way.

The rash is almost gone. I am sure now that it was an allergic reaction to the bug spray, as the rash was only where the spray touched my skin and did not spread past that. It is still a little itchy but benedryl helps a lot now.
I have a couple cucumbers almost ready to pick!
I missed you used a bug spray. What was it?
