It would have to be, with me at the helm! One of the easier vegetables to grow IMO.
I had no idea what to expect with it. No one else I know grows it.

Just remember not to harvest any until year 3.... So tempting though! My asparagus is coming up! I'd never planted asparagus before last year, and I'm such a lazy, slap dash style of gardener I was very skeptical that anything would come of it . . . but it's back! And holy moly, it's looking so much different than the spindly little things that grew from the seed last year. I'm tickled pink over this.
I put in an asparagus bed this year. I know it will be another year before I can harvest it, but I'm excited to have it.One of the easier vegetables to grow IMO.
Talk about highway robbery and we ain't even on the highway!just got back from town - forgot my wallet so had to come back home but the PRICE OF CHICKS.
They had 15 of 25 sold, rest were Cornish meat....
but they were 11.99 a CHICK! OMG! Just brahmas, nothing fancy or earth shattering!
No dandelion blossoms here yet but I plan to enjoy a few messes of dandelion greens when they show up, and dip a bunch of blossoms in thin batter and deep fry them. Deep fried dandelion blossoms are tasty! Not in the garden exactly, but I picked a bunch of dandelions and wild violets in the yard and made jelly.
