What has happened to my chicken comb? Do you know this problem?

My location is in Texas.
Hello In the pictures one rooster that is 3 months old has healthy comb and face. In the other pictures the roosters has a small comb and white flake on it. The flake scraps off with my finger nail. It is like sunburned skin a little bit. If you look closely the white is not covering everywhere but only near the bottom and the bright red bumps on the healthy comb points are not there on the small unhealthy comb. Does someone know this problem? These chickens all stay together in the same yard. They are all the same age.

Looks like a bit of scabbing on one side, maybe a pecking injury.
The white may be dry skin. You can apply a little triple antibiotic ointment on the comb to see if that helps.

The first option I took was AF cream and then days later I used triple antiobotic cream, but nothing changed. Today I saw the poop was normal and then again normal for hot weather from drinking more water.
