Hello!!! I was wondering if you guys could give me some feedback. I have one Welsummer along with three Rhode Island Reds and two White Leghorns. I believe she is around 33 weeks old and is definitely older then my other girls. All of my girls have been laying for four weeks now and I have yet to receive an egg from my Welsummer. Is this odd or pretty much normal? Thank you!!!!!!

Hawk my beautiful Welsummer!

Mine are also sporadic layers, so don't expect regular laying out of them either, though one of my older hens has quite the personality and likes to inspect and comment on my work.

Good to know. Mine is super friendly however I guess I have to be patient for her to start laying. It is my first experience with raising chickens and I am learning it isn't fair to compare her to the Reds and the Leghorns who are giving me eggs everyday.
