What is this bump on my chicken’s beak

I noticed that she was moving her mouth weird. But still eating and drinking. Laying eggs. No canker in her throat. Found wound under her tongue. Was able to use a qtip to push out yellow infection. This has scabbed over a few times, but the bump on the side of her beak and under her beak has not gone away. I isolate her and started her on tylan/ amoxicillin mix. But it has gotten bigger and have not been able to get but a small amount of pus out. Also tried to lance the hard knot under her beak and nothing came out. Any advice would be appreciated.
