I bought her at a farmers market because she was the only one and I noticed she had pasty butt so I bought her

It might be a fungal infection called vent gleet. Was the chick being pecked at the previous home? That is another possibility. How old is this chick? Clean up the vent with some warm water with a 1/4 tsp of salt dissolved and then dry it. Apply some plain triple antibiotic or Neosporin twice a day. Keep its vent clean. They need to be with other chicks. What is the chick eating? Does it have any heat on it in a brooder?
