What Mug Are You Using Today?

Do you have any traditions for Thanksgiving?
Not really any traditions. But I used to always go to my grandparents and my extended family (mom’s side) would all get together there for thanksgiving. We haven’t done it in awhile, but a lot of us (sadly not all) will be there this year!

I know, right?!!?
No skipping Thanksgiving but having a little bit of both might work 🤔 😂
I think winter decorations are nice for thanksgiving, just not christmas ones

I started reorganizing our shed a couple of weeks ago but stopped once I got to the holiday stuff because they're all stuffed in the very back. It's messy and overwhelming lol. We just need a few more shelves but I haven't had the chance to get back there yet.
I feel that! Reorganizing can get so overwhelming all the sudden

This was my 2nd cup yesterday 😆View attachment 3980959
I had a similar one today!

I guess these will be Wednesday’s and Thursday’s mugs before I pack them away until next year.
Those are adorable!

Today is 1 1/2 scoops (Tablespoons) of Teeccino Irish Cream flavor chicory blend. Ingredients list says: (organic) carob, barley, chicory, dates, natural Irish cream flavor, figs.

Chicory (and dandelion root) are great sources of inulin, which is prebiotic fiber. So I drink chicory (or dandelion root) in some form every morning. Teeccino has the best flavors and prices that I have found so far.

Oh, interesting. I've just checked out their site after seeing this, and I think I'll order one of their sampler packs to see how I like them.

That’s a good way to try it. I figured out that their “tea” bags and their “coffee” are the same thing. But it is way more economical (price per ounce) to buy the coffee packages. You can brew it just like coffee in your coffee maker, or you can buy disposable or refillable tea bags really cheap on Amazon. Then you can steep it in your mug like tea if you prefer.

I also discovered that some of their flavors (especially the chocolatey ones) tend to float up in the coffee filter or plug the filter, and that makes a mess and puts granules in your drink. So those kinds I always go the refillable teabag route now. But instead of steeping it in my mug, I let it steep in the coffee carafe. And run the water through the coffeemaker like I would if I had grounds in it. (Hope that makes sense.)
