Wow! That sounds amazing. I’ll definitely check it out. Thanks for all of your work too. I love hearing the positive impact people can have on wildlife. After 8 years of rehabbing South African Wildlife from my back yard with no license and a little knowledge when I started off, I have finally found like minded individuals who live close by and have also been working on their own for decades. They have finally some how managed to get the authorities to give us a license to open a proper center. Very excited to start working legally and I love hearing from people around the world who are also making a difference. Keep going!I am a member of Ducks Unlimited and ducks Unlimited tries to replace duck populations that are depleted by over hunting, depletion of natural habitat but it is supported by hunters also that want to give back what they have taken . They do things such as building nest boxes for wood ducks , hooded merganser, golden eye and other tree cavity nesting species . I don't send any back ,the law frowns on that because of diseases being transmitted to the wild and from the wild , I raise a few for ornamental purpose only , they are pinioned or toe clipped when tiny .
