Whatcha Making for Supper?

I'm actually cooking up 17 lbs of Italian beef today. We'll have it for dinner, that will use up 1/2 a pound. Then tomorrow I'll be dividing it into two crock pots for two different potlucks. I thought that was the easiest way to be ready for two of them on the same day. One is a men's potluck and one is a women's potluck. Both are Christmas parties. A local church is putting them both on. We don't go to this church, but we have friends there so they include us in these things.
 
I cooked up a new pot of mixed veggies today... carrots, cabbage, an onion, homemade tomato sauce, frozen whole tomatoes, a variety of fresh,frozen herbs, a few small potatoes, chopped up kale stems, snap peas, rattlesnake beans and some frozen cranberries. Should last me a few days.

So tonight, mixed veggies and smoked pork loin.
