lasagna, and the Princess is making Caesar salad.

Yum! We had Caesar salad last night. One of our favorites! Haven't had lasagna in a long time. Need to get that on the menu...maybe in January.

Well, that was too much food. I could have been satisfied with just the wedge salad, or the corn on the cob, or the cup of soup. I never even made it to the fish, but I ate the other 3.

I ended up having 2 hot links on a slice of bread topped with mustard and zucchini bread and butter pickles, and coleslaw, and Greek yogurt topped with applesauce and Oregon grape jam for dessert.

Apparently my husband expected me to remember the video we watched on Facebook. You slice the French bread length wise and remove the inside of the bread then fill with garlic butter, spaghetti and cheese replace the top and bake until the cheese is fully melted. Then just slice and eat. I forgot so we just had the spaghetti and French bread like we always do. I told him today that I had to get me some spaghetti for lunch because that's the best pot of spaghetti we've ever made.

I just reheated the spaghetti and a piece of French bread.

Went to Costco today and picked up butter chicken and naan for dinner. Will sauté some green beans in soy sauce and make a salad to go with.
