I got 2 rainbow trout fishes yesterday, I had 1 for yesterday dinner, the bones, oh..they have so many hair pin bones that is so scary to eat. I forgot why I did not buy rainbow trout for so long, now I remember why.

I will another one for dinner tonight so that it is gone! It tastes very good, but eating it is hard work as I have to be super careful not to end up swallow the bones.

Beef with onion gravy over baby yellow potatoes and a strawberry spinach salad with homemade blueberry vinaigrette. I think the vinegar is finally ready, it only took two months.
