Whatcha Making for Supper?

I've had a hankering for mushrooms since reading the word porcini this morning. But I really wanted tacos tonight (cooked on the griddle) because I haven't made them in a while. At least 2-3 weeks ;)

So... something else I haven't made in a while Portobello tacos. And I even picked up the gruyere a couple weeks ago when I was in a cheese store.

So dorado Portobello tacos tonight. I just came back from picking up the shrooms.
