Making a pot roast in the crockpot today. Definitely not my specialty, but following a simple recipe.

I put granny smith and cosmic to season last night roast beast.
Tonight is waffles, bacon and sausage.

If the leftover Portobellos are still good I'm going to go with them again. If not, burger tacos.
