I believe this is going to be the most snow in my lifetime
At least that I remember

(I went out on the sidewalk with a walker and let the snow fall on me earlier pictures )
Just to have support and be safe

They are kids playing and people walking

Today is a school holiday and tomorrow all schools will be closed a lot of schools will be closed Wednesday also

Forecast 2-4”of snow and that we will be snowed in because we are not prepared or have the right equipment for driving on the roads

This is a nasty little storm, accompanied by a really vicious cold snap, for all of us! Despite having everything we need to handle this weather (except logic on the part of many drivers,) our schools called a two-hour delay for the morning ... by 6 pm, yesterday! I'll take it. If we lose the whole day, we have to make it up in June's sunshine ... No Thank You!

Coastal Maryland ... What's not snow-covered is ice. Weather is mostly cloudy, 19 F and falling steadily from a misnamed "high" of 20. Tonight's expected low is 7 with a "mild" breeze. Ain't nothin' "mild" about this mess!

I am glad you used a walker for safety.

It sure is wild for me to think of you getting snow!

Schools here work snow days into the schedule. And schools here go until end of June and start back up day after Labour Day.

When My mom was a kid there was a lot of unexpected snow days and she ended up having to go to school on Christmas Eve. she was not happy lol
