-1C (30F), snow squalls again, temps will be dropping overnight and for the next couple days.

Under a squall watch, likely turn to a warning by morning. Overnight low slated to be -7C (19F).

All the snow from last week has pretty much gone, but likley get it all back tonight and tomorrow.

The old girls are happy the snow is gone, they will be grumpy tomorrow when I get home from work I bet! Likely get another foot of snow.

Your area need rain.
My area need a break from rain. Some of our state water catchments are full or above 80%. As we have more rain, they will start to release those water from these catchments into the river and out to sea.

It's amazing to me that they can build transnational pipelines to move oil from one place to another but they can't do that with fresh water. I get it, there's $$$ in oil that there isn't in water, but when parts of our country are flooding and others are in drought it seems like there's a solution in there somewhere.

I'm in No. Central West Virginia...it was -11 (that's not a typo, yes MINUS 11 Degrees) this morning! I hope I don't find chicken-pops when I go to feed and water this morning!

Yesterday, the radio said Alaska was averaging 40 degrees, it was -5 here at the time! I don't like the heat, but this is CRAZY COLD!

How frozen are you guys???

Down in the southern hemisphere we are at 79 degrees Farenheight or 26 degrees celcius. All chooks under cover as it buckets down with rain. 2 days ago, 31 Celsius. The grass is growing!
