Monday: : 5:30pm, 56°F, dew point 23°F, humidity 32%, wind NE @ 8mph, clear, sunny.
Hard to belive it's been 40 years ago today, we had 13.5 inches of snow! I had just moved here from North Texas in August of 1984, to get away from the snow and cold!

How many times has it snowed in south Texas in the last 39 years ?

I have never seen 13.5 inches of snow in real life that I can remember
I went to New York as a toddler but I don’t remember

This might be
Definitely NOT record breaking cold nights
But the most cold nights and days and not warm enough to wear shorts for the month of January
We have another artic blast coming next week
Even though this is a mild week compared to last week
This is the longest time that I personally have not worn only summer clothes without a sweater or jacket or coat since January 5’s 72F
I miss the real rollar coaster weather
even yesterday 60F was nice and warm but not take off your sweater / jacket warm but in the sun warm and not the shade
