I agree, it looks like an intact Follicle, maybe a couple of them, hard to tell.It is pretty bloody, and possibly a ruptured ovarian follicle. If it were more tubular it would probably be cecal core from coccidiosis. Others may have opinions. I will tag @Wyorp Rock to take a look. Are any hens acting lethargic, not eating, separating themselves, or have you seen any abnormal of soft eggs?
