What's up with his leg?

2 day old chick. Hatched late. He can bend his leg if I move it. But when he walks he acts like it's stiff. I have a video of him walking but it won't let me post a video

I'd say its a version of spraddle leg and needs a band aid manacle to pull it back in place xx

He is holding it like some do with a slipped tendon. A leg bone deformity (such as varus or valgus deformity) in one leg can also be possible. Here are some links to read on slipped tendon, and splinting may be helpful to hold the tendon in place:

there he is. I set up with this guy for 24 hours as he hatched because he's the only one that hatched I'm rather attached to the little guy.
