What's up with his leg?

I think the problem is in the joint, but if the tendon is staying in the groove I don't know what is causing the problem. :(
Awe well thanks for all the time you spent trying to help! I very well could be doing something wrong to and not pushing hard enough for what not. His leg is so darn tiny!
 
Please keep trying to see if it is a slipped tendon. But it also could be a valgus deformity in just one leg. Those are usually untreatable, and may become worse as they grow. Here is some reading about varus and valgus deformities:

The chicken below has a valgus deformity in the right leg. The diagram at the bottom show valgus and varus deformities in both legs.
