When I flip him upside down he kicks both of his feet no joint necessarily seems to be stiff. But he just refuses to use that one it seems like when he stands that goes out to the side a little bit but he still hobbles aroundTry comparing his stiff leg to his normal leg and see if you can find what joint is stiff.
I can't help but think it's slipped tendon. seeing pictures of both hocks will help.
