What's wrong with Wasabi?

I found My 7 months Wyanndott was sitting in the nesting box a couple days ago. Her comb and wattle were red. She squatted when I touched her .Wasabi will be laying soon , I thought . But she ketp staying in the coop, hovering around the box and didn't want to go down to eat or drink . Her tail is drooping .I brought her in , after she ate a little bit , I checked for an egg . Her vent was small. I couldn't get my finger further than 1 inch. She dropped a small poop after that. This morning she is still in the coop . What is wrong with my Wasabi? Is she sick? chickens combs are normally red when they are mature so she might be about to lay her first egg, hens also act off when about to lay
