When do I change from starter feed? Got them 2-3 days old on 8-12-24. They are starting to lay eggs. Wanting layers. Have Rhode Island Reds. What do I go to now? Thanks!

Never. :)

Keep on the Starter - or an "All Flock" formulation. Offer a free choice source of calcium (oyster shell, typically). They will self regulate their calcium intake. Apart from frequent inclusion of a coccidiastat, most company's Starter and All Flock formulations are near identical nutritionally, and (apart from Calcium), generally equal to or superior to Layer in every other measure.

Why not "layer"? Follow the link.
