White Leghorn Sexing

I was told they are white leghorns. They are a little over 4 weeks old. When can you tell whether roo or hen? I am hoping all hens but get mixed answers

This chart is very helpful in identifying pullet v. Roo. I have an 8 week old and she looks just like the photo. I have found leghorns seem to mature quicker.
