Why is one of my three week old chickens so small compared to the others?

We got 12 chicks from rural king about 3 weeks ago. A mixture of different breeds. One of our barred rocks is less than half the size of the other barred rocks and other chicks. She seems healthy, she eats really good, maybe more than the others in fact. She has good energy and doesn't act sick or anything in any way. She is just way smaller than the others and has almost no feathers where as the others have wing feathers and starting tail feathers. She gets pushed around and ran over sometimes in the brooder. Why would her growth be so stunted? Is there anything we can do to help her catch up to the others?

Post pics of the small one next to the others.
Might be a runt or a bantam got mixed in.
She is at the feeder eating. You can see how much smaller she is compared to the other barred rock at the bottom right. Sorry its the only picture I have at the moment.

I got one chick too which is 1 week behind with a few feathers in. The others of her age are bigger and nearly fully feathered now. I don't think I got a bantam but will see.

Following.

How is your little chick doing now? My 17-day-old chick is exactly half the size of the other chick, but otherwise seems completely healthy and I'm wondering the same thing about how to help her grow!

She is pretty much the same size as the other barred rocks. She might be a little bit smaller still but its only noticeable if you put them side by side and really look hard. She is doing really well. She is healthy, energetic, and a sweet little bird. We did give ours some chopped up hard boiled eggs with a little nutridrench mixed in a couple times a week for like 2 or 3 weeks just for a extra boost. Not sure if helped or if she hit a growth spurt on her own.

Thank you! I'm so glad to hear she's doing well ❤️ I'm going to try the boiled eggs! ☺️
