why is only one duckling white?

I hatched 11 ducklings all pekin. one has had snow white down since the day it hatched. does this happen often? will it be a trait it passes on? should I be concerned

Nothing to worry about, some will have lighter shades of white to yellow/ cream etc. If you have 2 with the same color of down when hatched and you mated them with each other, then their offspring would most likely have white down too!
