Winter lighting

I am looking for advice on which bulbs to get for my chickens this winter . Brand , color and wattage would be great !

Color 2700 - 3000K
Wattage Bright enough to read a newspaper at perch level.
Whichever brand you prefer.

I prefer LEDs...

I use a 40-60 watt white incandescent...or the equivalent CFL/LED/Halogen.
Place where it's bright enough to read a newspaper at roost level.
Timer is more important than type of bulb IMO.
MOST important is making sure your power source is safe.
