Bought three black copper maran pullets from a backyard breeder. About one to two weeks after they arrived, the smallest one started acting odd so I separated her. Whatever it was, she has survived but acts like the wobbly CH cats. She had diarrhea for a bit, didn’t seem to be drinking or eating much. Now stool is pretty normal, eating and drinking up a storm, but she can’t walk straight. As long as she’s not contagious - guessing exposure has already happened anyways, I’ll try to keep her. We have lots of special needs animals. She’s walking much better. Anything anyone can think of to help her situation?

The wobbly legs can be symptoms of vitamins B and E deficiencies. Find some liquid baby vitamins or use Poultry Nutri-drench. Or use human vitamin E and B-complex. Feeding egg yolk can also help.

Can you get a video of her? Upload video to youtube and provide a link.

Photos of her and her poop may be helpful.
