This is special, he's my 15 week old ameraucana rooster I hatched out, that ended up developing crossbeak. I took it upon myself to take care of him since he was like my little baby, he hatched with wry neck which i was able to fix, and became my favorite of the group. For a long time he managed to eat on his own perfectly fine and maintained a good weight.
A few weeks ago though, I noticed he was getting skinnier and skinnier so I started making him a mash, just their regular grower with some water, every now and then I would sprinkle some grass in or add an egg. His weight hasn't gotten any better though, he's gotten very light and bony, and the other birds from his hatching have started to pick on him by biting at his tail.
I figured it was his two brothers bullying him so I found them some new homes so he's just in with his sisters, however today I noticed some watery very bloody droppings. I'm not sure which bird it came from, but im worried they're from him. He still has a big appetite and is able to eat both the mash I make him and a filled bowl of regular feed. I check his crop every night and its right full, so I'm worried he might have something else.
Should i separate him from the other birds? Is there anything i can give him to help him put on some weight or anything he can be treated with. He's like a baby to me so I really don't want to lose him.
These pictures are a few weeks old, don't have any recent ones but I can get some.
