Good morning everyone!
I jsut wanted to know, what is your favorite incubator so far? Any incubators you don't like? Tell me your experiences and pros and cons. I will start:

Favorite Incubator: HatchingTime CT60
Pros:
  • excellent temperature and humidity control
  • Most accurate temp and humidty reading I've had in an incubator. Once you fill up the water tank, it's pretty much set and forget.
  • Each turning tray has its own motor, so if one goes out, the other one still works. You can also easily replace the motors.
  • Super easy to clean the interior of the incubator. Has a front and back door so you can open it up completely.
  • Lots of add-ons you can purchase. It comes with standard turning trays, but you can buy other types online. I bought quail egg turners and they fit snug right on top of the standard turning trays.
  • Affordability. For a cabinet incubator, it's relatively inexpensive. It is still a little pricey, but compared to the other cabinet incubators, its a great deal for what you're getting.
  • Large water tank. Auto refills
Cons:
  • Tiny peep hole. Some cabinet incubators have a massive window so you can see into the incubator. Some even make the door one big piece of plastic. The hatching time incubator has a tiny window that resembles a ship or boat window.
  • Hatching trays are a pain to clean. They use hatching trays that have small grid like holes. This means that sometimes the little cracks and crevices get gunk on them, and its hard to get them clean.

NatureRight360. Only con I really have is the odd egg size (22 chicken eggs if using the turner. You can fit 24 without it though easily). I have had decent hatches from not so decent circumstances (shipped eggs, abandoned eggs, eggs that lost their mother on top of them)
I use a NR360 for my duck eggs and it does a pretty good job!

I agree with this as well. I love this incubator and it's odd that it fits 22 eggs instead of 24. Great hatches and works well.

I bought the ImPeckables incubator from tractor supply. I needed it for an emergency second incubator. This one was very hard to regulate the temperature. Once I got the temperature set it worked fine. I didn't care for this one. It holds 12 eggs and it's a nice size for a small hatch otherwise.

I borrowed a nurture right 360 and it was great for hand turned quail eggs (chicken rail not recommended for small eggs!). I hate how hard it is to make sure the lid sits secure but loved visibility and humidity control and temp steadiness.

I was given a little giant that I never used, temp was 107F no matter what you set it to and humidity was always high.

Right now I’m using a cheap Amazon bubble type incubator that has a decent turner and great temp control but the humidity is all over the map but not hopeless with a little messing around.
