Zebra Finch nest covered in poop?

I have a clutch of about 2 week old Zebras in my aviary. Babies are healthy, but the nest is covered in poop! I don't want to disturb the parents, but it's really grossing me out. Any way I can clean some of the poop without causing the parents to not take care of them? I even thought about using a plastic spoon to at least get some out, lol.

I too have Zebra Finches! I have 3 males and 5 females. After the babies get their feathers and start leaving the nest would be a good time to clean it. I clean everything after the babies fledge, about 3-4 weeks old.

Thank you, The parents started double clutching so I removed the three eggs, cleaned it out, put some nesting material in and put the eggs back in... and I think another pair moved in and continued laying their clutch in this nest. The babies are still being fed so I'm not worried about it. Here's a picture of the dad feeding them taken yesterday, at one month:
