I may have to start over lol. But got out my heat mats and grow light and started some tomato plants and herbs and strawberry seeds. So far all the tomatoes and a couple herbs are up.
Wow Dan that a bunch of seeds!
Thanks but my garden space is very limited these days.
Planting in two raised beds.
I already need another bed for my banana trees this spring. Lol
We get brown recluses in our house all the time. We get them as soon as we see them. But they are at least a weekly visitor here.
They are not so bad in the warmer months due to the critters that keep their numbers down but come fall I have to spray monthly.
I have only seen 2 black widows...
I think your right. I used a paper test strip and it registered 5 in my kumquat soil.
It needs to be 6.5 ideally. I don't know how to get it to the 6.5. Can you help?
I tested my water ph today and its ph is 8. Can anyone advise if I should add a cap of vinegar to my water for my citrus tree? I don't want it to turn yellow.
Lg I bought a florescent light fixture and a grow light the one with the multi color led lights in it. I will be putting some of my plants in the house to winter over. My kumquats will ripen over the winter so I will use the grow light on it.
I am also going to start some guava, maypop passion...
My 3 plants I transplanted in the garden finely recovered from shock yesterday. Dh helped me put some shade cloth over them. My squash plant is producing and blooming like crazy and 2 of the 3 cantaloup seeds popped up.
