Any Home Bakers Here?

Not bad for my first attempt at making pasta. 9 1/2 feet long, and that is not an exaggeration.

I guess I can cut it into 2 foot strips, then freeze it to make ravioli later.
Looks great, love your kitchen! I only have had small kitchens, but grew up with large ones, that is always my dream, to have a large kitchen 🙂

Made sd pecan date oat bread, the first one is already gone 🤪
 
I was watching Youtube gardening videos last year and remember one where they made black garlic using the heat from a compost pile. I think they wrapped the garlic in foil and buried it near the top of the pile. I guess the long term 150 degree or so environment was just right for the process.

Here are a couple videos where the guy puts the garlic in jars that go in the compost pile.
