This might be a dumb question, but if a bantam and a regular sized chicken breed and I incubate the bantam's eggs, which are small, is this going to cause a problem for the chick? Will it be too big for the egg?

Hello. I have a hen who decided to hatch a duck but only one made it. A day after he hatched, a good portion of the top of his bill was ripped off. No Idea what happened. Its healed now and is filled in, but now the bill is growing invery strange position. He has an under bite Is this going...

Update: she sadly passed away a few hours after I posted this. Thanks for your help. We will miss her greatly :(

There's heat, but no swelling or redness. She couldn't have gotten into anything spoiled or rotten.

Hey all. I have 2 mallard ducks. I found one today sitting on the ground, unable to walk. There are no visible injuries, but it tries to walk and one of its legs give out. It can stand but that leg is bothering her. Any tips? Thanks in advance

I also had a australorp rooster and he would attack us if we picked up any of the hens, or if we were feeding. I carried around a huge rake and he was scared of me from there on :cool:

I have a friend who has a very aggresive rooster, and they use a little grabby tool to hold him down while they collect eggs. It looks like this
