    Help I still don't know what she is...

    So now she is 6+months old, she's about 8" tall, very small comb, small wattle, yet to lay me an egg... Help anyone.... Bottoms of feet are yellow, legs are dark grey I guess. Greenish feathers in the light...

    @ 5 months... i still don't know what it is....

    I'm thinking hen... but thought I'd ask to be sure.... and people on here told me a jersey giant, but she's sooo small, it's little feet are yellow....she hasnt laid an egg yet, her little friend the roo (Harry) here is very small too, he might stand a foot high... don't know what he is either...

    young roo mixed with older hens, will he crow?

    i think i picked a roo and a hen when i chose to add 2 more chicks to my flock. does a roo have to be high up in the "pecking order" to cockadoodledoo? there are 5 16week old hens and 8 week old pullet and maybe roo... if he can keep his beak shut i can keep him... if he's gonna be noisy then...

    Add-a-motor chicken coop automatic door opener

    Can't wait to install and try this out. anyone have any suggestions as to what makes it work best? Unable to always be there to let the girls out in the morning and make sure they're closed up at night. Once they get into the routine of putting themselves to bed at night.

    Hello from Peterborough, Ontario

    I have 5 black sex-link pullets, 3 weeks old. Learning all there is to know about these little critters before they grow up and need a coop. Excited to be part of backyard chickens team!
