Just finished this very simple quilt for my niece/god-daughter's wedding tomorrow. Nothing like waiting till the last moment. She likes plain and simple, so I hope she likes this one. If not my one daughter has claimed it.

Mine was sent out this week. I thought it was last Friday, but apparently my son forgot to do it for me. Not sure if I've received mine yet because we're not home at the moment. I promise to post when I do.

My mug rug is still sitting next to my sewing desk only half finished. At least the hard part of it is finished! Maybe I can get it done this weekend :)

I am glad that you have help in getting ready to move - I can imagine that it can be overwhelming! I am overwhelmed thinking about moving some day and have only been in our house for 19 years; prior to that we moved 5 times in 5 years. I told hubby that I was staying put once we moved here :)...

I made this sunflower bag for a dear friend of mine. I do hope she likes it! I did not have a pattern, but worked one out from a similar picture of a block.

The top one is the Anita's Arrowhead block we did - can't even tell when we did it. I'm in the process of making more blocks to finish that one right now. I like how you arranged the disappearing 9 patch!

I'm in for the mug rug and the quilt top challenge! No preference for colors or anything for the mug rug - I just like something that says its from you :)

I really love the idea of a challenge to finish a quilt top from one of the block swaps that we have already done and with a finish date so we have a goal. I would feel accomplished if I could get one of the many done. Yes to the mug rug swap! I love using the ones that I've received and...

I finally got these blocks together, but I am having a hard time figuring out what I want to do for a border. Black and then a small off white with a more colorful band after that? I found it funny, that after I had it together, I notice that the left bottom corner 4 patch was turned. Not one...
