toulouse geese

I am new to raising geese and I have two Toulouse geese. I got them as guardians for chickens and ducks. Any advice, pointers, guidance, recomendations?

I’ve hatched 9 goose eggs and upon removing shells I’ve noticed a few have this green goo inside them. Any thoughts on what this is? Babes are all doing ok so far. Less than 24hrs old.
