4 week old Rhode Island Reds gender?

So last week I was worried that one of these two might be a roo (the one with the lighter head). This week we are starting to think we either have two Roos or two pullets. Their combs look to be about the same size now. They were supposed to be sexed pulletd.

They both might be. I have one RIR and he is a cockerel. He looked a lot like those two when he was a month old. He is now about 9 weeks and has a huge comb and wattles. He came out of a pullet bin too.

What age did it become obvious that he was a cockerel?
 
Updated photos... almost 6 weeks... combs still look a little big but not huge. Really unsure at this point.
