Are these 2 eggs bruised? (Again?)

Even if she goes broody, you'll end up with literally hundreds of babies if you intend to let every egg she lays hatch.
It isn't practical, and it wouldn't be fair on her to let her brood time and time again

I'm just being honest
A fertilised egg doesn't have to be hatched, there isn't a life, no heartbeat, nothing, in that egg until its incubated. If you dislike the idea of eating them, that's completely valid- but there are other options such as giving them away, selling them, or feeding them back to your ducks. They can really benefit from their eggs and shells, and quite enjoy the treat!
It's a natural thing. Plenty of birds eat their own eggs

Exactly. Heck, I've been hoping and trying for a broody for 7 years, but you can't keep hatching after every failed attempt

The duck in an egg that is darker than the egg causes the bruised look.

Bruises like this are actually usually due to the duckling being malpositioned and failing to get through the shell, and or hitting a vein.
Amy has had a lot of malpositioned babies this hatch, these babies are in need of assistance
