I found that headaches can be from dehydration.. Hence the water.. That's the first thing I go for when a headache begins.

I know, I'm just being silly.

No they are not. I commonly have migraines a few times a month. @CSolis was mentioning headaches are caused by dehydration and drinking water helps. I said so does ibuprofen... I was being silly. Though that stuff really helps despite it being terrible for your liver and kidneys

Plain Asrin is less damaging long term I have awful sinus headaches sometimes take advil it handles it.
Have not had a migrain since cancer thank my lucky stars.

asrin? asprin Had as friend reccomend advil about 8 years ago so if it rears it's ugly head I grab 2.. Another trick I learned from a friend a chiropracter I knew. Roll a towel fold in half then roll. Lay head with neck in comfortable spot returns the spine or in my case the curve in my neck where the spine is closing.
