Hello all! Unfortunately the one albino I said looked a little weird passed away. The last albino, and her brother are doing very well. All of the flock is good. I’ll have to get pictures here soon. It has gotten chilly very quick here, so we’re prepping everything up for colder weather & snow.

So sorry for your loss I’m glad every one else is doing good.

Well, the weather here has been terrible. It went from super dry & hot to constantly windy, raining, and chilly. Eggs have slowed down, and they’re molting. Feathers galore

I switched the flock to a chicken layer, and have started fermenting their feed. They get veggies & fruits along with free choice oyster shell as well. They’re enjoying it!

The 2 jumbos are huge.. can barely pick them up with one hand haha! I believe the last albino still has pretty decent vision. She’s always on the hunt for the food bowl, and loves to try to escape when I’m not looking. She’s a funny bird

I think I may collect a few of these last eggs to incubate before they stop laying completely. Not completely sure yet. I plan to plant more wildflowers, and do a little more “landscaping” in their pens. I am excited for spring already

Oooo I’m excited for you!! I absolutely hate waiting for them to hatch… especially after lockdown begins haha I am too impatient

Yeah. I set more yesterday because one of my brothers knocked down one of the incubators but the other 24 are still on day 5

Chunk’s then and now

Not what I was expecting, but she is still one of my favorites. Looks like her mom, but a lottt lighter. I think she looks like a crunchy dead leaf. Reminds me of fall!

Mostly everyone today, kept saying I’d get pictures and never do lol. My phone died before I could take more of my last few roos. Some of the grey birds are stained more brown/red from dirt too

She is very frisky when she’s hungry, looks like I’m keeping a raptor at bay

This guy always catches everyones eye!
