Help possible sour crop

I have some questions. My girl isnt acting herself. Shes lethargic, isnt moving around alot but is eating and drinking. She hasn't started laying yet but usually doesnt let us pick her up. The last 2-3 days shes let us pick her up, sat in warm water baths and just incase has been dosed with Tylan. After looking closer today I'm wondering if she has sour crop. I'm going to attach photos any advice is appreciated.

This second photo...it looks swollen on the right...or is that just the angle of the photo?

What does her poop look like?

How much Tylan have you given and how often?

Is there any smell coming from her mouth?

If you feel the swollen area is it hard or squishy? If it's hard it's usually a crop issue but if it's squishy it could be something else.

It could be doughy and still be a crop issue, just in case OP would classify "doughy" under "squishy".
