Besides, they will give you 5 miles over. You do 15-30 which in most places goes from speeding to reckless driving

What?? I do not. Our freeway is 70 mph, and the max I usually go is 75. At 7am though, people in the slow lane are going over 75, and you gotta keep up with traffic. I have gone over 80 passing a truck before a long exit ramp before, because I don't want to get stuck going 55 for over a mile. I've never gone 15-30 over. Ever. Okay maybe once, but 85 max. Satisfied?
