i have 3 GLW, any opinions on sex?

My wife and I noticed that #3 is bigger, stands tall and had gotten tail feathers well before the others, could that mean Cockeral?

1&2 have the same facial markings and feather colour, 3 is more plain on the face and slightly darker feathers...

Only 1 has a small comb, 2 & 3 have a wide flat space whee the comb is...

We are confused...

TIA

It's really too young to tell l. Normally between 4-8 weeks the gender becomes clear, but if I had to guess with yours at this age I would say the first chick is a cockerel, the third is a pullet, and not sure about the second. I'm most confident about the first being male, but would still wait a couple weeks to be certain.

Also the third chick looks like it has a single comb instead of the rose comb that wyandottes are supposed to have. It might be not pure wyandotte which would explain why it is bigger than the other two.

I'd say 2&3 are cockerels while 1 is a pullet. And GLW can have single Combs. My GLW girl had a single comb and was for sure a GLW.
Yes purebred Wyandottes can have single combs, I've heard they've kept a single combs in the bred because if you just keep breeding the rose combs you're eventually breeding out the fertility... or something like that anyways

They are now 9 weeks old...
based on the behavior also, we think 2 and 3 are cockerels and 1 is a pullet...

any thoughts?
