Have you tried offering her a little softly scrambled eggs, esp. when she is in her little chair?

I have no idea how I would even go about doing something like that, though it'd be great to have something one could buy for this purpose. You have a design that should be patented! Ease of cleaning becomes tantamount with intense care routines, I completely understand. Seal is indeed thriving. She has such a will to live and loves her momma!
I've been trying to think of a way to give her that, she just isn't eating without the syringe.Have you tried offering her a little softly scrambled eggs, esp. when she is in her little chair?
I offered this using a syringe to try and help an ailing chicken recently. I soft cooked the egg, added some warm water, and fully mashed the egg. It drew up easily into the syringe. I was really thinking as an enticement while she is in her little chair. All my chickens and quail go nuts over softly cooked eggs.I've been trying to think of a way to give her that, she just isn't eating without the syringe.
I'm going to try that right now. Thank you!I offered this using a syringe to try and help an ailing chicken recently. I soft cooked the egg, added some warm water, and fully mashed the egg. Wow... thank you! That chick sling design and the feeder is one of the best designs I have seen. I would post it on the chicken sling thread here for others to see.

@Eggcessive Do you believe Seal's issues are congenital? Her left leg and foot just don’t look normal, and maybe the right as well. It could be a rotated tibia. It is like her legs bend the wrong way. I am no expert on these things, but I am not certain that you can do anything more than what you are doing. Vitamin B2 riboflavin is the best thing for her and of course food. Chick feed is best for her and a little egg as well. so many of these chicks can’t survive with leg bone deformities.
