Any idea on sex and breed?

Yeah it has the feathering and coloration of a female sex link with the head spot of a male.

I dont think it is a black sex link because it would be barred because of the white headspot

If that's a black sex link it would be barred and male based on the head spot, so yeah I'm with @BarnhartChickens98 on that part

Its not impossible for pullets to have a tiny head spot, like this one.
