At the end of september? Anyone going? Anyone gone in the past that can tell me what it is like? What kind of quality is there?

It would be a 3hr drive for me, so would like to know if worth it....

I went to both the spring and summer ones. I was not at all impressed in the spring. Someone posted on here for the summer one and replied to my comment, so I gave it another chance. There was much more during the summer, more variety, more vendors, nicer selections. I think this is their first year and they are getting off the ground. I will go again in September to see if it continues to improve that is unless I get stuck working (just changed jobs so won't be able to switch for it.) My drive is 1.5 hrs to get there.

I went in the summer it was not as big as avertised.It was nice for what was there and the quality varied.Their was not any different breeds than what shows up at local flea markets just different blood lines and quality.We will be going back in sept. because we enjoyed the trip

Thanks guys!! There is another one the same weekend. Can't remember where but same area, south west ohio but is only 1 day I think. Might turn out that I have a horse show that weekend but if I do it will be at springfield fairgrounds. Idk how close they are. Need map. Lol.

I'm looking for wyandottes. Can I expect some to be there?

I went this year in early spring and the weather was horrid, so the turn out for both buyers and sellers was down I think. I've been told it's a pretty big deal, but we were busy for the summer edition. I may give it another try in the fall, but if your looking for quality, just wait for the Ohio Nationals in November and have a look around the sale pens there....good stuff!
