Baby chick falling on butt

Will it eat any mashed up food and water (together)? Has it been eating a lot? Sometimes my chicks will struggle eating pieces of food so I start of their life with some mashed up food. This way they can eat it all by themselves (and they like it better too). I don’t have much other advice I’m no good at emergencies!

Yeah it’s eating and drinking fine, just mostly sitting under its eco glow or wobbling around.

Thanks - she doesn’t seem to have anything on her butt! She just seems “wobbly” and it’s like she just loses her balance and topples back.

I just picked some chicks up yesterday and today one of them seems to be having issues standing without falling on her bum
She tries to fly but then falls back on her bum
I did notice the other chicks sitting on her and she was stuck on her back for a few
Does this sound like pasty butt??

You should post your own thread. This one is ancient. But no, it doesn’t sound like pasty butt. Post a new thread and you will get much more help
