I have 2 Barred Rock chicks and 2 Black Australorp chicks, I have had them a little over a week, so approximately 2 weeks old. The barred rock I think one or both may be roosters(Pic #1 & #2). What do you think?

Pic #3 are supposed to be black Australorp, but they both have an end section of solid white on their wings. One of them is louder and prouder than all my other chicks, so I think maybe a rooster? Are they possibly a different breed or is that normal?

I agree, it’s a little early to tell gender. One thing you can look out for with the barred rocks is lighter feathers overall. Males have two barring genes, while females have only one, so males will appear lighter in color.

As for the Australorp, those white feathers should molt out eventually.
