Breed ID

I agree with your guesses on genders. The first cockerel is beautiful!
He is! That's why I'm trying to figure out anything I can about his breed! He's got the neck and shoulders of a Bielefelder, but the rest of him from coloration to size is off. Previous guesses people made were that he might be some sort of Olive Egger or Legbar, but, now that he's bigger, he doesn't look like the pictures Meyer's web site for those breeds.

I don't think there are any Sapphire Gems in the flock. First, Meyers doesn't carry them. Second, as they've continued to grow, they look less like Sapphire Gem. I posted pictures several weeks later of the first bird. He's got a lot of red on him now. The second one has feathered feet so I'm thinking some kind of Marans.

That’s what my bielefelder looked like when he was younger

Thanks, I've got a Bielefelder. He's significantly larger and never developed the red feathering. They looked quite similar at eight weeks. Did you see the pics I posted a few weeks later?
Yes, this was my bielefelder:

That one looks a *lot* like my Bielefelder. I don't have a pic handy, but they're definitely a match. The one I can't identify is pictured below. His neck matches a Bielefelder, but see that red and the different tail color? And he's significantly smaller than the Bielefelder. Maybe some sort of hybrid?
