Broody hen hatch along! 15 eggs!

I think we have our first broody hen of the year!! She is a gorgeous little Ameraucana hen that currently has 15 eggs underneath her! She started laying on them around the first of may! This is the first hen out of her flock to go broody! She has 14 blue/green eggs that will either be pure ameracauna or ameracauna/auracana cross. She also has one brown egg with dark brown speckles on it so that one could be Ameraucana mixed with RIR or BR. Anyway stay tuned people!

Update on the eggs! Day 20 and we have a few pips! Will post pictures when they hatch! She has 14 eggs total now as one wasn't fertile. I can hear her eggs chirping! So excited for some new laying HENS hopefully lol.

Came back home to find 2 chicks! She has more eggs under her that are pipping!

Egg #3 is making alot of progress! First 2 chicks are doing great! I also have a double yolker under her so we sha'll see how that turns out!

Alright y'all we now have 10 chicks! Still have 4 eggs left and one is a double yolker. Will post pictures soon.
